How can the paper grow flowers?
Flower seeds have been embedded into the paper during the manual production process.
What is the paper made of?
The paper is made from linen or cotton. It is recycled and decomposes when placed in soil.
What kind of flowers will grow?
The seeds used is amixture of many varieties such as clarkia, corn poppy, bird’s eyes, snapdragon and catchfly. One or many of the varieties may grow as the seeds are randomly spread throughout the layers of the paper.
Must we plant the entire card?
To get better results, place only one layer of paper at a time into the soil. Cut your paper into the size you need to fit the pot so that the piece of paper is smaller than the pot. Remember that the smaller the piece of paper, the fewer the seeds and therefore less flowers are likely to grow.
How deep should I plant the paper?
You must only cover the paper with a thin layer of soil, just enough not to see the paper through the soil (1cm at the most).
What kind of soil should I use?
It is preferable to use fine and rich potting soil such as soil for indoor flowers. It is important that the soil remains moist. Soil that contains moss will not provide optimal results.
How much water should I use?
Make sure the seeded paper is totally soaked when planted in the soil. Afterwards, water the soil as needed as not to let the earth or seeds get dry.
How long does it take for the seeds to grow?
In ideal conditions (moist soil and sunlight), it will takes about 2 to 3 weeks for the seeds to grow and 2 to 3 months before flowering.
